Sketchie - Blood at Fox Willow Grove Poster
Poster produced to promote the launch of Sketchie’s “Blood at Fox Willow Grove” 12” single on Lumenessence Records.
Based on a pre-established template for posters which featured the releases artwork, details of other releases from the label and an area set aside for quotes and reviews.
With this design i wanted to try and bring the artwork out of the strict template structure by featuring the blood splat from the rear of the the single’s cover right across the face of the poster, bringing a violent, striking and ultimately eye-catching element to otherwise simple and starkly clean artwork.
